Hi, I’m Billy — a husband, proud dad of four, and I live in the rolling green hills of Ireland.
For 25 years, I've worked as an industrial engineer, travelling the world with my family. From the outside, things looked great. But behind the scenes, the 12-hour shifts, night work, and constant pressure were quietly taking their toll.
